PATIENT NETWORK RECORD
What is NetworkGround?

The NHS records what clinicians do to patients. It does not record who surrounds them — who fills the pill box, who visits twice a week, who knows what the GP said last month.

NetworkGround builds and maintains that picture. A verified, living record of every person in a patient's network — their role, their knowledge, how to reach them, and when that picture was last confirmed.

WITHOUT NetworkGround
Pharmacist arrives. Asks who fills the pill box. Nobody knows. Phones the GP. GP is busy. Asks the patient. Patient is confused. Acts on the SCR. The SCR is wrong.
WITH NetworkGround
Dorothy is admitted. The network record already exists. Contributor links go out automatically. Sarah responds from the waiting room. The pharmacist arrives to a richer picture than any SCR contains.
