MENTAL HEALTH COORDINATION
What is RecoveryGround?

At referral, discharge, and handover — the person at the centre is often the last one asked. Their account arrives filtered through clinical language, if it arrives at all.

RecoveryGround gives the person five questions to answer in their own words, before any clinical framing. Their account becomes Field 1 of the coordination document. It cannot be removed or overwritten.

Why the person speaks first
Without RecoveryGround
The referral letter arrives. It describes what the clinician observed. The person's own account — what they actually experience, what has helped, what they want — is absent or filtered.
With RecoveryGround
The person's words arrive first, unfiltered. The receiving clinician reads what the person actually said before any professional framing. Field 1 is theirs — always.
